About The Event

Breath awareness with the skills to manage breathing all together it brings sharpness and clarity in the mind. It creates centring effect. During this guided class you will experience pure yogic techniques that prepares you to prānāyāma and then shifts you into meditation. We shall focus on practicing:

  • yogic kriyas that helps your body to do breath work by releasing the tension and opening the diaphragm
  • understanding of complete yogic breathing and opening areas in the body that blocks amplitude of your breath
  • developing a stability of focus and managing the correct ratio of inhale and exhale
  • guided meditation moments and navigation of your attention to observer internal experiences.

Natalia’s yoga practice been guided for 15 years by Sri O.P. Tiwari one of the rare accomplished master in yoga and Prānāyāma. Through years of gradual training from technical and mechanical part of Prānāyāma many shifts happened that deepened Natalia’s understanding why this practice is a key element in yoga as a spiritual tradition. This workshop is a big help to improve connection with the breath and take a pressure from your nervous system for anybody without any yoga experience. For the students who are regular asana yoga practitioners it is a great chance to bring more clarity into their movements of breath and may be to start developing their own pranayama practice.
